MarketHUB+ utilizes SSL with High-Grade Encryption (AES-256 256 bit) so that information communicated with our solution is secure. Our servers are located in a high-security datacenter with biometric access restrictions and digital security video surveillance. Our data-backups are consistently replicated to another datacenter location.

I need fast turnaround, what do you offer?

DocuStar’s standard turn time is 48-72 hours depending on the product being ordered. If a user requires a faster turn-time, he or she can indicate that by entering special instructions during the check-out process.

How do I obtain a mailing list?

MarketHUB+ is integrated with Accudata who provides lists and data resources. Users are able to purchase or select a mailing or e-mail list in MarketHUB+. Users are also able to upload Excel lists into MarketHUB+.

What type of training do you offer?

DocuStar offers online training as well as live training depending on your organization’s needs.
